Answer
Yes, this is actually the essence of sādhu-saṅga. Sādhu-saṅga means association with a devotee—coming into contact with a devotee and having meaningful interaction with them.

But what should be the result of that interaction? A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada explains that the real success of sādhu-saṅga is that one becomes anxious to know Krishna.

So we should ask ourselves: in my interaction with someone, did I plant a seed? Did I create an impression by which that person has become eager to understand Krishna more? Have they developed a desire to learn, to inquire, to follow this path? That is the true meaning and success of sādhu-saṅga.

If we call ourselves sādhus or devotees, then this is what we are meant to do. Therefore, we must be very conscious and responsible. Our words, actions, and behavior must be measured and thoughtful—we cannot be frivolous.

We represent a profound siddhānta, a great paramparā, and the teachings of exalted ācāryas. This representation does not happen only through what we say, but also through how we live and act.

So we carry an important responsibility: to embody and convey these teachings in a way that genuinely inspires others to seek Krishna.
