Answer
Of course, it is very much possible. It all depends on our vision. Because of the way we see things, this world appears disconnected from the Lord. When I am disconnected from the Lord, the world becomes merely material.

But if we can perceive its connection with the Lord—and recognize our own connection with Him—then everything changes. “Seeing” here means being situated on a platform of true understanding and vision. From that vision naturally comes right action.

When we understand that this world belongs to the Lord, and that all living entities also belong to Him, our perspective transforms. Especially when we see devotees who are serving the Lord, we begin to feel that we too should serve—serve the devotees and serve within this world.

In this way, the atmosphere becomes like an embassy of Vaikuntha.

Thus, this material world can be transformed into a spiritual world through our consciousness—through right understanding, right knowledge, and right action. Yes, it is certainly possible.
