Answer
Just as people can join here, in the same way many can be integrated. It depends on their background — how much they have practiced, their experience, what service they can contribute, and what they were doing previously. Each case should be considered individually and integrated accordingly.

As far as new devotees are concerned, anyone who comes can be trained — whether they join a temple, remain as congregation members, or practice as disciples of Srila Prabhupada. Systems already exist, but the application will differ from person to person. Even when a devotee moves from one temple to another, we consider what service they can do, how they can contribute, and how they can be engaged. Similarly, these details must be worked out practically.

This is the house Srila Prabhupada built — a place where the whole world can take shelter. Here, no one else is the king; Srila Prabhupada is the master. It is his house, and we are all his servants. Everything belongs to him and is meant for his mission.

If someone becomes spiritually powerful, that does not mean they must create a separate movement or claim disciples within the same structure. Srila Prabhupada himself did not disturb existing missions; he started a new movement by the Lord’s empowerment. Similarly, if someone truly has such empowerment, they may preach widely. But within Prabhupada’s movement, he remains the founder-ācārya, and one can contribute fully without needing to become an ācārya or accept disciples.

Desire and authorization are not the same. Every ācārya desires that disciples become pure devotees, but authorization comes only when the predecessor ācārya confirms qualification. Only a perfected teacher can assess realization and give such an order. Without that authorization, one should continue serving within the mission.

Srila Prabhupada built a self-sufficient movement — with teachings, structure, training, and guidance — so that Krishna consciousness can spread widely. The essence of initiation (dīkṣā) is not merely a ceremony; it is an ongoing process. The ceremony is one part, but the deeper aspect is the continuous imparting of transcendental knowledge that destroys ignorance and awakens Krishna consciousness.

Instruction (śikṣā) may come from many devotees — through classes, association, and guidance. But the initiating spiritual master accepts responsibility to guide the disciple continuously, step by step, removing ignorance and helping the soul progress. This relationship involves deeper surrender, gratitude, and faith. One may feel gratitude to many teachers, but the surrender to the initiating spiritual master is unique and complete.

Therefore, spiritual advancement depends on developing firm faith in a bona fide spiritual master and following the process he established. Through association, instruction, and practice within the institution, devotees gradually progress. The system Srila Prabhupada created — morning program, chanting, study, and service — is designed to purify consciousness step by step.

Ultimately, Krishna consciousness is about awakening the sleeping soul. Continuous transcendental knowledge, received with faith, gradually removes ignorance. As purity increases, realization deepens, and the living entity becomes established in its real identity — eternal servant of Krishna.
